"Where's the Phone Support?"
What kind of company doesn’t have a phone line? I ran into a situation where my account got canceled outta nowhere. After nearly a month of trying to reach them, they finally reached out and said sorry for the hold-up. So now they’ve earned a four-star rating instead of the two stars I initially gave. Their product is fantastic, but I still think they oughta figure out a better way to handle issues when they pop up. I've been using Animoto for about a decade, and this is the first hiccup I've encountered.

What is the maximum number of photos you upload to make a slideshow?

Why is there no warning of my account ready to "auto renew"? i do not want to use animoto after 7 good years as a customer and mostly pleased with their services. auto renew is a scam to keep your money. business must be declining if animoto is not willing to give me a refund for something i haven't used since old service expired...$249 down the drain
